तो अब 3:30 बज चुके हैं और मैंने इस डॉक्टर के कार्यालय में पूरा दिन बर्बाद कर दिया है। मुझे नहीं पता कि मुझे अपने कान में ट्यूब लगाने की जरूरत है या स्टेरॉयड। कोई भी मुझे यह बताने का पेशेवर शिष्टाचार नहीं दे सकता था कि डॉक्टर मेरे साथ कब होगा या इतना अविश्वसनीय समय क्यों ले रहा है।
हर बार जब मैं इस कार्यालय में जाता हूं, तो मुझे 2-3 घंटे बस दिखने के इंतजार में बिताने पड़ते हैं। यदि डॉक्टर मरीजों को देखने में असमर्थ हैं, तो कम से कम वे हमें पुनर्निर्धारित कर सकते हैं। मुझे लगता है कि इस कार्यालय का शेड्यूल अविश्वसनीय रूप से गैर-पेशेवर है।
