OMAC में हम गति के साथ-साथ ताई ची के सिद्धांतों और दर्शन सीखते हैं। नए रूप सीखने से शरीर के साथ-साथ याददाश्त भी चुस्त रहती है। बहुत बढ़िया प्रशिक्षक!
