-उन्होंने एक महीने से अधिक बार गलत फोन नंबर पर कॉल किया, फिर मुझे और मेरे सलाहकार को बुरा लगा जब उन्होंने इसका पता लगाया
- इसके बाद भी उन्हें लगभग 2 हफ़्ते लग गए, उनके लिए मेरे साथ एक ऐप्प सेट करने के लिए, यहां तक कि मुझे बार-बार फोन किया।
- उन्होंने मेरे पति से चिकित्सा की मांग करने के लिए कहा, भले ही वह स्वीकृत हो।
- उन्होंने दावा किया कि उन्होंने मेरे डॉक्स को अपेक्षित फॉर्म भेजे हैं, लेकिन वे मेरे डॉक्स रिकॉर्ड में कहीं नहीं थे और हमें कॉपी मिलने से पहले कुछ समय के लिए रिजेक्ट होना पड़ा।
