मैंने पार्कली के साथ एक सुधार अधिकारी की भूमिका के लिए आवेदन किया और सफल रहा और एक सुरक्षा मंजूरी लंबित 9 सप्ताह के प्रशिक्षण के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया, पार्कली में एचआर महिलाओं ने मुझे गारंटी दी कि प्रशिक्षण शुरू होने से पहले चेक वापस आ जाएंगे और इसलिए प्रशिक्षण के पहले सप्ताह को सौंपने के लिए पूर्व नियोक्ताओं को नोटिस, मैंने ऐसा किया और फिर प्रशिक्षण के दूसरे सप्ताह में मुझे मानव संसाधन कार्यालय में खींच लिया गया और कहा गया कि मुझे मंजूरी नहीं मिलेगी और मैं वहां काम नहीं कर सकता और मुझे छोड़ना पड़ा। पार्कली में GEO समूह के कारण मैं बेरोजगार रह गया था और वित्तीय संकट में मैंने उनकी मदद से या सुधारात्मक सेवाओं के माध्यम से अपील प्राप्त करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन भू समूह जहां मददगार नहीं था। मैं उनके साथ कम समय के लिए जियो ग्रुप पार्कली के साथ रोजगार की सिफारिश नहीं करूंगा, ऐसा लग रहा था कि जेल के लिए महाप्रबंधक क्या देखते हैं और नए रंगरूटों को पढ़ाने वाले गार्ड समान नहीं हैं और उनका मानव संसाधन विभाग दयनीय है। निजी जेलें काम नहीं करती !!!
