जब मेरी मां पहली बार पीजे की देखभाल के लिए आईं तो प्रबंधक और कर्मचारी अद्भुत थे, देखभाल का स्तर शानदार था। हालाँकि मेरी माँ की मृत्यु लगभग घर पर ही हो गई थी जब गलत दवा दी गई और जीवन रक्षक दवा दी जा रही थी। टोबी, बोगडन और जेसिका हालांकि शानदार थे।
हाल ही में मेरी मम्मी को केयर होम से छुट्टी दे दी गई और एक नए मैनेजर ने पदभार संभाल लिया, तब से हमने संचार के बारे में पाया। हमने प्रबंधक को एक संदेश प्राप्त करने के लिए कई बार फ़ोन किया है लेकिन कभी भी उसके साथ बात नहीं कर सकते हैं और वह हमसे कभी संपर्क नहीं करता है।

मैं यहां एक देखभालकर्ता था। अपने प्यारे परिवार के सदस्यों को कभी भी यहाँ न लाएँ, वे प्यार, देखभाल या सुरक्षा प्रदान नहीं करते हैं। देखभाल भयानक, उपेक्षित और रोबोट है। काम करने के बहाने मजदूर बहुत अच्छे होते हैं। मैं आपके परिवारों के कमरे में छिपे हुए कैमरे रखने का सुझाव देता हूं। वे केवल पैसे के पहलू में रुचि रखते हैं। यदि एक अच्छा देखभाल करने वाला या अच्छा नर्स इस जगह को बदलने के लिए दिखाता है कि वे आपको बेहतर बनाते हैं, तो आप पर गलत आरोप लगाते हैं और आपको बर्खास्त करते हैं। अगर मैंने यहां दोबारा काम किया तो मैं अपने साथ पैनोरमा लाऊंगा!
