कंपनी खुद बेहद अव्यवस्थित है। पर्यवेक्षक और कर्मचारियों के बीच कोई संवाद नहीं है। आखिरी मिनट लगातार कार्यक्रम में बदलता है। वेतन न्यूनतम वेतन है। कोई स्वास्थ्य लाभ की पेशकश नहीं

आज सुबह मेरे घुटने और टखने में चोट लगने की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण स्थिति थी। जब मैं आया, नर्स, चिकित्सक, चिकित्सक सहायक, स्वयंसेवक और रोगी सहयोगी सुखद और पेशेवर से अधिक थे। हालाँकि, यह सब बदल गया जब मैं एक भारी, काले बालों वाली, महिला, हिस्पैनिक सेवक चालक से मिला। वह असभ्य, असम्मानजनक, अनप्रोफेशनल, निष्पक्ष, धमकी देने वाला, जुझारू, बर्खास्त करने वाला और अनहोनी करने वाला था। जब मेरे पर्यवेक्षक, जो विनम्र और पेशेवर थे, ने मेरे साथ व्यवहार किया था, तो उन्होंने सुरक्षा को कॉल करने की धमकी दी थी, लेकिन मेरे ड्राइवर का लाइसेंस वापस नहीं किया। सुरक्षा गार्ड भी विनम्र और सम्मानजनक था। प्री-मेडिकल छात्र, छाया, स्वयंसेवक और डेनवर हेल्थ के कर्मचारी के रूप में, वह एक अपमान है। उसका स्वभाव संगठन के मिशन और मूल्यों के साथ संरेखित नहीं होता है और उसे समाप्त कर दिया जाना चाहिए। आपके समय के लिए शुक्रिया।
