मर्सी केयर सेंटर रिटायरमेंट के लिए ठीक होगा, असिस्टेड या स्किल्ड नर्सिंग लेवल केयर के लिए अच्छा नहीं। उनके पास बढ़िया शेफ, बढ़िया रेस्तरां टाइप डाइनिंग रूम है ... लेकिन IN ROOM देखभाल बहुत ही भयानक है। मेरा भाई 6 महीने का था ... स्किल्ड और असिस्टेड लिविंग में .. फाइनली 2 महीने तक 24/7 बिस्तर पर। वह साफ नहीं रखा गया था, मदद के लिए बटन बुलाने के बाद हॉर्स का इंतजार किया .... हफ्तों नहाया .... अपने बालों को शैम्पू करने के लिए 6 सप्ताह से अधिक ... स्पष्ट रूप से दया के कैथोलिक सुविधा होने के नाते, यह एक बार था, लेकिन मेरे भाई भी मर्सी के सभागार में रविवार मास के बाद उसे लाया गया साम्य नहीं मिला। मैं बहुत दूर रहता था, इसलिए केवल कॉल और कम्पलेन कर सकता था और बेहतर देखभाल के लिए कह सकता था ... लेकिन ऐसा नहीं दिया गया था। मेरी सलाह: यदि आप मोबाइल नहीं हैं या अपने रिश्तेदार को वहां से बाहर ले जाते हैं तो उसे और अधिक मदद की आवश्यकता होती है। प्रशासक

शुक्रिया एक दयालु धर्मशाला नर्स आखिरकार 3 हफ्ते पहले आ गई जब वह मर गई .. उसे हफ्ते में 3 बार बिस्तर पर नहाना, उसके बाल धोना और उसे साफ और आरामदायक रखना। उसे आशीर्वाद मिले।
