काश कि मैं छह स्टार दे पाता। हमने इस साल मेरी माँ को इसी तरह की कई सुविधाओं में रखा है और मेडफोर्ड केयर सेंटर अब तक का सबसे अच्छा था। बहुत साफ। बहुत दोस्ताना और देखभाल करने वाला स्टाफ। वे अपेक्षा से ऊपर और परे चले गए।
अनुवादमेरी माँ उसके पुनर्वसन के लिए एक रोगी थी। शुक्र है कि वह अपने लिए प्रबंधन करने में सक्षम थी। वे बहुत कम कर्मचारी हैं। जब हम पहुंचे तो उसका कमरा साफ नहीं था, उसे वहां दस दिनों के लिए केवल एक स्नान की पेशकश की गई थी। जब हम पहुंचे तो मैंने कपड़े धोने की सेवा के लिए कहा, फिर भी उसकी लॉन्ड्री कभी नहीं हुई।
अनुवादमेरी सास यहां थोड़े समय के लिए रहीं और मेरे पास सुविधा के बारे में कहने के लिए अच्छी चीजों के अलावा कुछ नहीं है। उसकी देखभाल, दोनों नर्सिंग और पुनर्वसन सेवाएं, शानदार थीं। मैं हमेशा कर्मचारियों के संपर्क में रहता था और मेरे सभी सवालों और चिंताओं का तुरंत समाधान किया जाता था।
अनुवादसुविधा के साथ मेरा अनुभव ऐसा है जो मुझे आशा है कि मुझे फिर कभी अनुभव नहीं करना पड़ेगा। सुविधा वह जगह है जहाँ आप अपने प्रियजनों को मरने के लिए भेजते हैं। वे दर्दनाक मौत से पीड़ित और मरने के लिए बने हैं। मेरी बेटी की दवाओं के संबंध में सुविधा के साथ-साथ सामरी धर्मशाला के साथ मेरी कई बातचीत हुई। जब भी मैंने उसे देखा, वह बहुत दर्द में थी। मेरी बेटी मॉर्फिन और दो अन्य मेड पर थी और हमेशा जागती रहती थी। मैंने पूछा क्यों और भाग गया। मैं बहुत निराश और परेशान हूं। मैंने सामरी की नर्स से दवा की समस्या के बारे में बात की और 7 घंटे से भी कम समय के बाद मुझे एक फोन आया कि मेरी बेटी पास हो गई है।
