अनुवादमेरा कार्य दल और मैं एक वित्तीय सर्वेक्षण के दौरान एक सप्ताह के लिए होलेन बी एंड बी में रहे और एक बिल्कुल अद्भुत प्रवास किया! हम घर पर पूरी तरह से महसूस किया। यह ऐतिहासिक घर पूरी तरह से शैली और आराम के लिए एक आँख के साथ बहाल किया गया है! कुछ वास्तव में शांत ऐतिहासिक स्पर्श थे (मूल पैरों के साथ पंजे का टब, मुख्य मंजिल पर लकड़ी का काम) लेकिन एक आधुनिक घर की सभी सुविधाएं भी। हमने सभी तीन बेडरूम भरे थे जो उपलब्ध थे (2 कमरे रानी बिस्तर के साथ और 2 जुड़वां बेड के साथ 1 कमरा) और सभी हमारे रिक्त स्थान से खुश थे। ऊपर दो साझा बाथरूम हैं और नीचे एक और बाथरूम उपलब्ध है। घर और संपत्ति का पूरा एहसास आपकी ठंडी दादी के फार्महाउस पर समय बिताने जैसा था, लेकिन बहुत सारी अच्छी, आधुनिक सुविधाओं (और बिना किसी सजावट के) के साथ।
पेग एक आश्चर्यजनक मेजबान था! नाश्ता हर सुबह घर का बना था और हर दिन गंभीरता से स्वादिष्ट और अलग था। कई दिन हम मैदान से घर आए और पेग ने हमारे लिए एक मीठा इलाज तैयार किया (ब्राउनी शानदार थे!)। हमने अपनी परिचारिका द्वारा बनाए गए रात्रिभोज का विकल्प चुना और उनका इलाज अंडे सेने और एक मेड्रान्रियन सलाद से किया गया। मुझे इसमें इतना मज़ा आया कि मैंने इसकी विधि पूछी और इसे पहले ही दो बार घर पर बना लिया! उसने सभी खाद्य पदार्थों के साथ हमारी खाद्य एलर्जी और वरीयताओं को समायोजित किया और मेरे द्वारा सामना किए गए किसी भी बी एंड बी होस्ट के ऊपर और ऊपर चला गया। मैं एक और प्रवास के लिए वापस जाना पसंद करूंगा और खुशी से अपने सभी दोस्तों को इस प्यारी जगह की सिफारिश करूंगा!
