The service provided by Galaxy International Convention Center was average. They were prompt in responding to our inquiries and overall our event went smoothly. However, there were a few small hiccups along the way that could have been handled better. The venue itself was spacious and well-maintained, but the audio equipment could have been of better quality. Overall, it was an okay experience.
