यदि आप चाहते हैं/डॉक्टर को देखना चाहते हैं तो वहां न जाएं !! वे बहुत अच्छे हुआ करते थे और फिर मैं बिना बीमा के वर्षों से नहीं जा रहा था। अब मैं वहां फिर से दिखने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं क्योंकि वे एक अच्छे कार्यालय के रूप में उपयोग करते हैं, लेकिन वे कहते हैं कि मैं एक नया रोगी हूं क्योंकि कुछ समय हो गया था मुझे एक नया रोगी फॉर्म भरना था और किसी भी स्थान का रिकॉर्ड प्राप्त करना था उस दौरान देखा। मैंने कागजी काम भर दिया और उन्हें यह कहते हुए वापस कर दिया कि उन्हें यह कहने के बाद रिकॉर्ड मिलेगा कि वे 2 सप्ताह बीत जाएंगे और कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं होगा। इसलिए मैं उनके लिए रिकॉर्ड प्राप्त करने जाता हूं क्योंकि उनके लिए कॉल करना और स्वयं प्रतियां प्राप्त करना बहुत काम की चीज है और उम्मीद है कि प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने के लिए उनके पास रिकॉर्ड लेने के लिए आगे बढ़ें। लेकिन नहीं ऐसा नहीं हुआ है। मैं अब एक और 3 सप्ताह इंतजार कर रहा हूं कि डॉ रिकॉर्ड की समीक्षा करेंगे, इससे पहले कि वे अपॉइंटमेंट भी लें। तो कहने की जरूरत नहीं है कि अगर आप एक नए मरीज हैं और अगले कुछ महीनों में आपको देखने की जरूरत है तो मैं वहां जाने की कोशिश करने की सलाह नहीं दूंगा! ओह और जब आप वहां फोन करते हैं तो वे ऐसा व्यवहार करते हैं जैसे आप उन्हें परेशान कर रहे हैं और कम देखभाल कर सकते हैं, वे आपको ईआर या तत्काल देखभाल के लिए जाने के लिए कहते हैं, इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि वे व्यवसाय नहीं चाहते हैं।

मैं 12 वर्षों में सबसे अधिक देखभाल करने वाला प्राथमिक देखभाल क्लिनिक रहा हूं।
