सबसे खराब अनुभव !!! यह एल मोंटे के पूरे शहर में अब तक का सबसे खराब बाल चिकित्सा कार्यालय है। मैं अपनी बेटी को एक आपात स्थिति के रूप में ले गया, मुझे बताया गया कि वॉकिन जहां 3 बजे से पहले स्वीकार किया जाता है इसलिए मैं 3 बजे से पहले वहां पहुंच गया। स्टाफ बिल्कुल भी मिलनसार नहीं था, किसी भी चीज की परवाह या मदद नहीं करता था, वे मरीजों की मदद करने से ज्यादा अपने निजी सेलफोन में रहते थे। मैंने वहाँ लगभग 3 घंटे तक इंतज़ार किया डॉक्टर को देखने के लिए एक बार भी स्टाफ ने लंबे इंतज़ार के लिए बैठने की कोशिश नहीं की, उन्होंने हमें चेक भी नहीं किया या हमें इस इंतज़ार के बारे में खेद नहीं बताया कि डॉक्टर जल्द ही आपको देखेंगे। उन्होंने मुझे एक प्रिस्क्रिप्शन दिया जो जाहिर तौर पर एक 3 साल के बच्चे (गोलियों) के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं था, फार्मासिस्ट ने डॉक्टर को फोन करके मदद करने की कोशिश की और उन्हें नुस्खे को एक तरल एंटीबायोटिक में बदलने के लिए कहा, लेकिन डॉक्टर ने अगले दिन तक कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी और जब उन्होंने जवाब दिया तो उन्होंने कहा कि गोलियों को तोड़ दो या मेरे बच्चे को केले में दे दो। किस तरह का बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ इतना असंगत है जो मुझे नुस्खे को बदलने के बजाय अपने बच्चे के भोजन में गोलियां मिलाने के लिए कहेगा। यह बहुत ही गैर-पेशेवर कार्यालय है जो सामने वाले कर्मचारियों से लेकर डॉक्टर तक है। दूर रहो!!!! मैंने अपने बच्चे को उसके नियमित डॉक्टर के पास ले जाना समाप्त कर दिया और उसे सही नुस्खा दिया गया और अब वह बेहतर महसूस कर रही है।
