मेरे सास-ससुर अब इस गॉडफ़ोर्सन सुविधा में हैं। वे ईमेल या कॉल का जवाब नहीं देंगे! उसका फोन चोरी हो गया है! बर्मिंघम में अपने घर के कार्यालय के रूप में पुलिस को बुलाने वाला अगला कदम क्लूलेस है। COVID के दौरान हम अधिक संचार की उम्मीद करते हैं क्योंकि इस सुविधा में किसी को भी अनुमति नहीं है!

मैं अब तक एक पुनर्वसन केंद्र में नहीं था और जब से मैं यहां आया हूं मेरा अनुभव सुखद नहीं है। कमरों की साफ-सफाई गज़ब की है। आप किसी से कुछ साफ करने के लिए अपने कमरे में आने के लिए अनुरोध करते हैं और किसी को परवाह नहीं है कि आपको इसे स्वयं करना है। कमरे से बदबू आती है। उन्हें दवा को लेकर बहुत भ्रम है।
