इस साल कई मौकों पर मैं cpm के पूल में से एक रहा हूँ। गार्ड बहुत चौकस नहीं हैं चुनाव हमेशा गंदे होते हैं और ऐसा लगता है कि कोई भी परवाह नहीं करता है कि क्या होता है। कल ही मैं दक्षिण शेर्लोट में एक स्थान पर था, वहाँ दो बच्चे डाइविंग बोर्ड से दूर जा रहे थे! सभी गार्ड ने पूल में बैठकर अपने दोस्तों से बात की और आगे बढ़ने के लिए दफ्तर गए, यह पता लगाने के लिए कि वह दोपहर के भोजन के लिए क्या खाना चाहते हैं, पूरे समय बच्चे 10 फुट डाइविंग में डाइविंग के लिए जा रहे थे। बोर्डों !! गार्ड की आँखें पूरे समय पूल में पाई गईं!

सबसे खराब पूल प्रबंधक कंपनी जो बेरिक कभी किराए पर ले सकती थी !!!!! नियमों में लगातार असंगति। प्रत्येक जीवन रक्षक नियमों की अपनी व्याख्या है। लाइफगार्ड ने निजी वाहनों की सफाई के दौरान काम के घंटों के दौरान जबकि लाइफगार्ड की कुर्सी पर एक और झूलते हुए जब तक कि वे फर्श पर नहीं झांकते हैं और पार्किंग के लिए हर तरह से दूसरों की मदद करते हैं। पूरी तरह से हमारे पैसे की बर्बादी!

CPM हमारा वेंडर है लेकिन इससे भी महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि पिछले 3 वर्षों से हमारा पार्टनर है। Starclaire Swim Club ने अपने गार्ड और पूल रखरखाव को आंतरिक रूप से प्रबंधित किया - फिर CPM को हमारी व्यावसायिक योजना में जोड़ा गया और यह सबसे अच्छा निर्णय था जो हमारे बोर्ड ने मेरे शामिल होने के बाद बनाया है। महान ग्राहक सेवा, पेशेवर कर्मचारियों के साथ काम करना आसान है। थम्स अप!!!!
