I have mixed feelings about Messner Publications, Inc. The quality of their publications is exceptional, and the articles are well-researched. However, their customer service needs improvement. It took multiple attempts to reach out to them regarding a billing issue, and the response time was quite slow. Overall, I would recommend their magazines for the content, but they need to work on their service.
