I recently used the services of this engineering company and found their approach to be quite average. I also had difficulty getting in touch with their customer service team, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, the projects they have completed in the past seem impressive, and I appreciated the variety of services offered. Overall, my experience was average, and I would suggest they work on their communication and provide more comprehensive information on their website. Hopefully, they make improvements in the future. 😐
