The flight I took was great. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I would definitely fly with them again.

✈️ After recently flying with Serene Air, I must say my experience was simply average. The company's website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the lack of online check-in option was inconvenient. Onboard, the staff was courteous and efficient, but the seats were uncomfortable and cramped, making the journey quite uncomfortable. The in-flight meals were below average, lacking variety and taste. I should also mention the limited entertainment options provided, which left me bored during the long flights. That being said, the flights were generally on time, so no major delays were experienced. Overall, Serene Air needs to improve on various aspects to provide a better flying experience. Hopefully, they will take customer feedback into consideration and strive for improvement. ✈️
