I had a mixed experience with a company called Petpors. While their website petpors.com was easy to navigate, their customer service left much to be desired. I had a few queries, but it took them quite some time to respond. The products offered were of good quality, but the prices seemed a bit high. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope they improve their customer service.
