The overall experience with this company was average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, the product selection was quite limited and they didn't carry some of the items I was interested in purchasing. The pricing was reasonable, but not exceptional, and the shipping took longer than expected. The customer service was responsive, but the representatives lacked in-depth knowledge of the products. On the positive side, the quality of the product I did receive was good, and it was exactly as described on the website. Overall, I would consider giving this company another chance if they expand their product range and improve their shipping time.
