I have mixed feelings about Invisible designs lab....

I have mixed feelings about Invisible designs lab. On one hand, their products are innovative and well-designed. The website, invisi.jp, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with one of their products and it took multiple emails and phone calls to get a resolution. Overall, I would say that they have room for improvement, but they are on the right track.
