I recently bought a saree from Kala Kriti Sarees and I have mixed feelings about it. The saree arrived on time and the quality was good. However, the color of the saree was slightly different from what was shown on the website. The customer service was average, they responded to my queries but took some time. Overall, it was an average experience and I expected better.
