I engaged with a design studio to create a new website for my business. While the end result met my requirements, the overall process was mediocre. There were several delays in communication and delivery, which made the project longer than anticipated. The design, although functional, lacked innovation and failed to make a lasting impact. It was an okay experience, but I expected more.
