I recently used the services of 📦 Express Delivery and overall, my experience was average. While the company website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, the actual delivery process left a bit to be desired. The package took a bit longer than expected to arrive, and the tracking updates were not very timely or informative. However, the delivery staff was polite and professional when they finally arrived. It would have been helpful to receive more accurate estimated delivery dates and more consistent communication throughout the process. Despite these minor hiccups, my package arrived in good condition, which is ultimately the most important thing. Overall, 📦 Express Delivery provided an average level of service, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of speed and communication.
