I have been using Citipak delivery systems, inc. for a while now and I must say that their service is average. The delivery times are usually on schedule and the packages arrive in good condition. However, I have noticed a few instances where the packages were mishandled, resulting in slight damage. Overall, it is a decent service but could use some improvements.
