I had a mixed experience with Insight Holidays. While their customer service was great and the website easy to use, I found some aspects of the trip to be underwhelming. The accommodations were average and the itinerary felt rushed at times. However, the tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting insights. Overall, I would say my experience with Insight Holidays was average.
