I recently used the services from this company's website and found their customer service to be quite attentive and responsive. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information I needed. However, I felt that the actual service did not completely live up to the expectations set by the website. The transportation was average, and I encountered some delays. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected a bit more considering the promising website. Hopefully, they can work on improving the execution of their services to match the high standards they set online. 🚚
