I recently had the opportunity to visit a plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic for a procedure. Overall, my experience at this clinic was average. The website armyllc.com provided sufficient information about the services offered, and I was able to easily contact the clinic to schedule my appointment. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I found the staff to be a bit disorganized and the waiting area was not the most comfortable. Additionally, the wait time was longer than expected, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the surgeon, Prof. Dr. García Pintor, was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the consultation. The procedure itself went smoothly and the results were satisfactory. While I appreciate the professionalism of the surgeon, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of organization and the overall patient experience at this clinic.
