I recently purchased some eco-friendly products from this online store and I must say I had a decent experience overall. The delivery was prompt, but I felt that the packaging could have been more eco-friendly as well. The quality of the products I received was satisfactory, although I noticed a small defect in one of the items. Customer service was responsive and assisted me in resolving the issue promptly. While I appreciate their efforts in promoting sustainable products, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and packaging. Overall, an average experience shopping on this website.
