I recently had an experience with the company in Belgrade and found their customer service to be lacking. Despite the good product quality, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me, and the overall vibe was quite impersonal. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The office ambiance was not very welcoming, and I felt like I was just another number to them. It would be great if they could focus more on building a better rapport with their customers. However, I did appreciate the efficiency of their operations. Overall, it was an average experience.
