Working with (magic) Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MAGIC) was quite an experience. While their website, mymagic.my, was user-friendly, I found the overall customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the staff seemed uninformed about certain services. However, I appreciated the facilities provided by MAGIC, which were top-notch. With some improvements in their customer service, MAGIC has the potential to be a leading innovation center.
