I had an average experience with Al amwaj travel & tourism. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall trip was just okay. I expected more from them considering their reputation. The tour guide provided useful information, but the itinerary could have been better planned. The accommodation they provided was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience.
