The services provided by Jordan International Insurance (JIIG) are average. Although they claim to have excellent customer service, I found it to be just satisfactory. The website jiig.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I had some issues while filing a claim and it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate JIIG as an average insurance company.
