I recently booked a flight with Ellenica Finanziaria/Eurofiditalia Spa through their website turkishairlines.com and I have to say, it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very attentive and it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
