I recently ordered some custom bags from this company's website. Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with the order, and it took longer than expected to get the problem resolved. The quality of the bags was decent, but nothing outstanding. I expected a bit more attention to detail and a smoother process. The pricing was fair, but given the average experience, I'm not sure if I would order from them again. Overall, it was a so-so experience. 🤨
