I have been a loyal customer of Adp/statewide insurance agencies, inc for over 5 years now, and I can say that my experience with them has been average. The customer service is decent, but the rates are a bit high compared to other insurance companies. They have been helpful in handling my claims, although the process can be a bit slow at times. Overall, I am satisfied but not overly impressed.
