I have been a customer of Banco ciudad for several years now and I must say that their services are quite average. While they have a decent range of products and their online banking platform is easy to use, I have had some issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes forever to get a hold of someone on the phone, and when I do, they are not always very helpful. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
