I recently flew with the airline and found the overall experience to be average. The booking process was smooth and the website was user-friendly. However, the in-flight amenities were limited and the seats were not very comfortable. The crew was polite, but the service felt rushed and impersonal. The flight was on time, which was good, but the overall customer experience left much to be desired. The company could improve by offering more comfort and a better selection of amenities for passengers. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider other options for my future travels.
