I recently used Ascend Travel for a vacation to Bali, and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was straightforward and the staff was helpful, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The hotel they recommended was mediocre at best, and the transportation arrangements were not up to par. Overall, I was expecting more from a company like Ascend Travel.
