I recently had the opportunity to work with Sharktank and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the product selection was decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke with was not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me. Overall, I would give Sharktank an average rating.
