I recently hired a construction company for a home renovation project, and I decided to go with this company after reading positive reviews online. 😊 Although the process was mostly smooth, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times, and there were a few delays in the project timeline. 🏗️ Additionally, I felt that some of the finishing details could have been better executed. On the positive side, the team was polite and professional, and the overall quality of the work was satisfactory. 🏡 However, I must say that I expected a bit more attention to detail and proactive communication throughout the project. Nonetheless, the final result was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer service and project management.
