I've been attending the yoga classes at centeringtools.com for a while now, and I must say it's been a transformative experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and create a welcoming atmosphere for all levels of practitioners. The studio is well-maintained and the classes are well-paced. Can't recommend Mindbody centering yoga enough!
