The service provided by Neat Fleet was average. Th...

The service provided by Neat Fleet was average. The drivers were punctual and the vehicles were clean. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for someone to answer my calls and I had to repeat my requests multiple times. Overall, an okay experience.
