I recently switched to Albany Telephone Co and I am happy with the service so far. The call quality is good and I haven't had any issues with dropped calls. The only complaint I have is that the wait times to speak to a customer support representative can be quite long. Other than that, I would recommend Albany Telephone Co for their reliable phone service.
