The experience with Rentals was not that great. While the website was user-friendly, the booking process was quite confusing. The customer service was not up to the mark either, with slow response times and unhelpful staff. The car I rented was in average condition, with some minor issues. Overall, I expected a better experience from Rentals and I'm not likely to rent from them again.
