🏨✈️🌴 My recent experience with the travel agency was average. I booked a trip to a beautiful beach destination through their website. I had some queries about the itinerary and I had to wait for quite a long time on the phone before getting assistance. ☎️ The agent was friendly but seemed a bit inexperienced. During the trip, everything went smoothly and according to the plan. The accommodation was comfortable and the flight arrangements were satisfactory. However, I was expecting more personalized recommendations and suggestions for local attractions or restaurants in the destination. Overall, it was an average experience. 😐 I would consider using this company again in the future, but only if there are no better options available. 🌟✈️🌴
