I recently purchased some steel products from Eickvonder Stahlhandel GmbH and overall I had an average experience. The quality of the products was decent and the delivery was on time. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and did not provide clear answers to my questions. In terms of pricing, I felt it was reasonable but not exceptional. Overall, I would say they are an average company to work with.
