I recently purchased some art supplies from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for without any hassle. However, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging when my order arrived. Some of the items were not securely packed, and a few of them were damaged. 🎨 The customer service team was responsive and offered to replace the damaged items, which was a plus. Overall, I think the company has a good selection of products, but they need to improve their packaging to ensure that orders arrive in perfect condition. I hope they take this feedback into consideration for future orders.
