I recently had an experience with a centerless grinding company based in the Midwest, and it was a fairly average experience. The company's website was user-friendly and provided a good overview of their services and capabilities. However, the customer service was a bit underwhelming, as it took some time to get a response to my initial inquiry. Additionally, the pricing was in line with industry standards, but I felt that the overall value for the service provided could have been better. On the positive side, the quality of the finished product met my expectations, and the turnaround time was reasonable.
