I recently visited Terminal 21 and it was an average experience. The mall had a decent selection of shops and dining options. The themed floors were interesting, but some of them felt a bit overcrowded. The staff members were helpful, but not overly friendly. The only positive thing was the food court, which had a good variety of cuisines. Overall, it was just an average mall experience for me.
