The overall experience with Ypr was really average...

The overall experience with Ypr was really average. The website was easy to navigate through, but the customer service was not satisfactory. I had some issues with the payment process and it took quite a while to get it sorted out. However, the quality of the products was good and they arrived on time. I would give them a 3 out of 5 star rating.
